A lifelong collector, especially of objets de vertu, Dan was raised in Livingston and earned his B.S. in Accounting at the University of Delaware.  After working as an accountant on classified military contracts, he became a financial software consultant, including stints at two of the "Big 4" accounting firms.  Shortly after 9/11/01, Dan entered the seller side of the antiques business and was the owner of a jewelry and antique store in Morris Plains for several years.  He has extensive business experience and years of experience in the research and sale of all types of valuable antiques (china, crystal, sterling), fine art, fine and costume jewelry, collectibles and residential furniture.
